What type of Law Enforcement agency doesn't recognize a sociopath in their midst who's next victim could very well be someone's BIPEDAL child. Come on.. a predator law covers the MURDER of a 12 year old cancer ridden family pet? If I lived there I would move....No Justice in a place that allows Murder and public display's of the dead bodies and only sees fit to give a $50.00 fine? MURDERING A FAMILY PET IS STILL MURDERING A MEMBER OF A FAMILY! AN AMERICAN FAMILY! GET SOME ONE ON THIS STORY! Hamilton has never prosecuted any animal abuse/neglect cases.  This is where Rainbow Exotics operates (they supply PetSmart & Petco with birds and small animals).  Another case of extreme horse neglect never saw a court room (photos available) there is a disgusting puppy mill operating in Shive (Hamilton County) have photos posted.  County Commissioner doesn't want to interfer with her property rights and Sid Miller (running for re-election as State Rep. told me he doesn't want to inhibit a Texan's entreprenural (sp) spirit!  Excuse me while I vomit.  Somehow we have to get the message across to the next generation they must denounce these  "rural cultural values."
