I have heard that punica granatum is good for cancer,
I want to know if it's any good for Prostate cancer.

There are many in vitro and in vivo studies dealing with protective features of Punica granatum against cancer.
Pomegranate is effective against Prostate cancer. This was proven not just in lab studies but also in one clinical trial!
This clinical trial studied the influence of daily pomegranate juice in patients with prostate cancer and found that it helped.
