I am looking for the glycemic index of  boiled Peanuts? Is it considered as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of  boiled Peanuts is 14. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
