I am looking for the glycemic index of roasted Peanuts without salt? Is it regarded as as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of roasted Peanuts without salt is 14. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
