how can i find the glycemic index of roasted  dry Peanuts with salt? Is it considered as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of roasted  dry Peanuts with salt is 14. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
