I am looking for the glycemic index of roasted  Peanuts with honey? Is it regarded as as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of roasted  Peanuts with honey is 14. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
