how can i find the glycemic index of Peanut butter with reduced fat? Is it thought of as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of Peanut butter with reduced fat is 14. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
