how do i calculate the glycemic index of Soybean curd, breaded, fried? Is it thought of as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of Soybean curd, breaded, fried is 16. It's considered as low in the glycemic index. low GI = 55 or less; Medium GI = 56–69; 70 and above.
