Hi Moriah,
What is the difference between glycemic index and glycemic load?
and nd which one should I follow if i want to lose weight?

Both Glycemic Index (GI) and Glycemic Load (GL) are used to rank carbohydrates according to their affect on our blood sugar level.
The glycemic index ranks how quickly sugar enters the bloodstream after a particular carbohydrate is eaten and the Glycemic Load estimates how much the food will raise a person's blood glucose level after eating it.
Glycemic Load is more accurate indicator of the relative glycemic response to dietary carbohydrates because it incorporates the relative quality and quantity of carbohydrates in the diet.
