how can i find the glycemic index of Pecans? Is it thought of as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of Pecans is 20. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
