Does anyone know what is the glycemic index of Cashew nuts?

how can i find the glycemic index of Cashew nuts? Is it considered as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of Cashew nuts is 22. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
