how do i calculate the glycemic index of salted and rosted Cashew nuts? Is it considered as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of salted and rosted Cashew nuts is 22. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
