I am looking for the glycemic index of red cooked Cherries (unsweetened)? Is it regarded as as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of red cooked Cherries (unsweetened) is 22. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
