where can i find out the glycemic index of cooked Cherries  in heavy syrup? Is it thought of as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of cooked Cherries  in heavy syrup is 22. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
