how do i calculate the glycemic index of cooked Barley cooking without fat? Is it considered as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of cooked Barley cooking without fat is 25. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
