How to figure out the glycemic index of whole cow's Milk?

I am looking for the glycemic index of whole cow's  Milk? Is it considered as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of whole cow's  Milk is 27. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
