How Can I Tell What the glycemic index of powdered Cream substitute? Is it regarded as as high glycemic index food or low glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of powdered Cream substitute is 27. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
