I would really like to figure out the glycemic index of whole goat's Milk? Is it regarded as as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of whole goat's Milk is 27. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
Medium GI = 56–69.
High GI = 70 and above.
