Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, on dirt or farm road, moderate pace.
MET value = 5.8.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
50 kg (man/woman) = 290 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 348 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 348 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 377 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 406 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 435 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 464 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 493 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 522 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 551 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 580 calories.
