Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, 14-15.9 mph, racing or leisure, fast, vigorous effort.
MET value = 10.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
(man/woman) weighing 50 kg = 500 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 55 kg = 600 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 60 kg = 600 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 65 kg = 650 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 70 kg = 700 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 75 kg = 750 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 80 kg = 800 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 85 kg = 850 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 90 kg = 900 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 95 kg = 950 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 100 kg = 1000 calories.
