Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, > 20 mph, racing, not drafting.
MET value = 15.8.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
50 kg (man/woman) = 790 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 948 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 948 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 1027 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 1106 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 1185 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 1264 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 1343 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 1422 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 1501 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 1580 calories.
