It is possible to estimate the calories burned in riding on a unicycle by using the MET data (Metabolic Equivalent of Task).
But weight is required in order to calculate calories burned.
I use Met Calculations for the following activity: unicycling (MET= 5).
Calories are per 1 hour of activity(same for male or female).
50 kg (man/woman) = 250 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 300 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 300 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 325 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 350 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 375 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 400 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 425 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 450 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 475 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 500 calories.
