Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, stationary, general.
MET value = 7.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
(man/woman) weighing 50 kg = 350 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 55 kg = 420 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 60 kg = 420 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 65 kg = 455 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 70 kg = 490 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 75 kg = 525 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 80 kg = 560 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 85 kg = 595 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 90 kg = 630 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 95 kg = 665 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 100 kg = 700 calories.
