Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, stationary, 161-200 watts, vigorous effort.
MET value = 11.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
50 kg (man/woman) = 550 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 660 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 660 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 715 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 770 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 825 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 880 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 935 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 990 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 1045 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 1100 calories.
