It is possible to estimate the calories burned in cycling on a stationary bike at 230 watts pace by using the MET data (Metabolic Equivalent of Task).
But weight is required in order to calculate calories burned.
I use Met Calculations for the following activity: bicycling, stationary, 201-270 watts, very vigorous effort (MET= 14).
Calories are per 1 hour of activity(same for male or female).
50 kg (man/woman) = 700 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 840 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 840 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 910 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 980 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 1050 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 1120 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 1190 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 1260 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 1330 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 1400 calories.
