Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: bicycling, stationary, 51-89 watts, light-to-moderate effort.
MET value = 4.8.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
(man/woman) weighing 50 kg = 240 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 55 kg = 288 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 60 kg = 288 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 65 kg = 312 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 70 kg = 336 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 75 kg = 360 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 80 kg = 384 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 85 kg = 408 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 90 kg = 432 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 95 kg = 456 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 100 kg = 480 calories.
