Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: calisthenics (e.g., push ups, sit ups, pull-ups, lunges), moderate effort.
MET value = 3.8.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
50 kg (man/woman) = 190 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 228 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 228 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 247 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 266 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 285 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 304 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 323 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 342 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 361 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 380 calories.
