power lifting training calories by time
I would appreciate it if you could reply my question. I would like to know, how many clories ar burned on power lifting training by time?

Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: resistance training (weight lifting, free weight, nautilus or universal), power lifting or body building, vigorous effort (Taylor Code 210).
MET value = 6.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
50 kg (man/woman) = 300 calories.
55 kg (man/woman) = 360 calories.
60 kg (man/woman) = 360 calories.
65 kg (man/woman) = 390 calories.
70 kg (man/woman) = 420 calories.
75 kg (man/woman) = 450 calories.
80 kg (man/woman) = 480 calories.
85 kg (man/woman) = 510 calories.
90 kg (man/woman) = 540 calories.
95 kg (man/woman) = 570 calories.
100 kg (man/woman) = 600 calories.
