Calculation is based on MET value of the activity: calisthenics, light or moderate effort, general (e.g., back exercises), going up & down from floor (Taylor Code 150).
MET value = 3.5.
Caloric expenditures (1-hour duration) by weight:
(man/woman) weighing 50 kg = 175 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 55 kg = 210 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 60 kg = 210 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 65 kg = 227.5 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 70 kg = 245 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 75 kg = 262.5 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 80 kg = 280 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 85 kg = 297.5 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 90 kg = 315 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 95 kg = 332.5 calories.
(man/woman) weighing 100 kg = 350 calories.
