Edwin Lee Bulman
Edwin Lee Bulman 82, died May 17, 2007 at his home in Carlton. Graveside services were held May 20, 2007 in the Bulman Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 10, 1926 in Tahoka, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Bulman. He worked for many years as a farmer and rancher.
Mr. Bulman served his country in the United States Army and was a Baptist.
He is survived by two children, Mark Edwin Bulman of Pueblo, Colo., Selene Joy Moore of Colorado Springs Colo., two grandsons, Lee Edwin Bulman and Sean Edwin Bulman.

James Muse
James Muse, 63, of Goldthwaite died May 19, 2007 at his home. Funeral services were set for May 23 at Stacy-Wilkins Chapel with burial at Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 7, 1943 in Hamilton, the son of Aubrey and Violet Fuqua Muse.
He was married to Priscilla Ann Hagan on Jan. 27. 1961 in Brawley, Calif. The couple moved to Goldthwaite from Waco in 1970. He was a Methodist, a rancher and truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of Goldthwaite; four children, Lydia McCarty of Colorado Springs, Colo., Susie Strickland of Des Plaines, Ill., Laura Dooley of Round Rock, Leslie Jackson of McKinney; nine grandchildren, two great-grand-children; a sister, Mary Geeslin of Goldthwaite; a brother, Robert Muse of Bellevue, Neb. and a number of nieces and nephews.

Waymond B. Lightfoot
Waymond B. Lightfoot, 92, died May 16, 2007. Funeral services were held Saturday in Greenwood Chapel, with his nephew, the Rev. Dan Lightfoot officiating. A graveside service was held Saturday in Gentrys Mill Cemetery, Hamilton County with his great-nephew, the Rev. Mike Lee, officiating.
He was born Jan. 9, 1915, in Anderson County. He proudly served his country in the mounted cavalry, and then dismounted to serve in World War II.
Mr. Lightfoot was self-employed for many years before entering employment with Chapman Oil Company, where he retired.
He was a member of Cherry Lane Baptist Church of Fort Worth and Woodmen of the World.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Winnie Lightfoot, in 1999.
Survivors include his children, Brad Lightfoot and wife, Pat, of Flower Mound; Gloria Aaron and husband Richard, of Cisco and Richard Lightfoot and wife, Janet, of Burleson; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sisters, Opal Sparling and Charlene Morris and husband, Robert, all of Hamilton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Betty Iva Harris
Betty Iva Harris, 84, a lifelong resident of Hamilton died May 22, 2007 in the Hamilton Healthcare Center. Funeral services are set for Thursday, May 24 at 10 a.m. in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with Alan Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in the Indian Gap Cemetery.
Mrs. Harris was born September 22, 1922 in Mullin, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Watts. She was married to Hubert Harris in Hamilton on Sept. 28, 1940.
She worked as a court reporter and legal secretary for many years in Hamilton. She was a member of the Pottsville Baptist Church and the Hamilton County Bar Association.
Survivors include her two sons, Obie Harris and his wife Shirley of Burleson; Ronnie Harris and wife Becky of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Cheryl Cullen and husband Billy of Glen Rose, Kelly Harris of Burleson, Josh Harris and wife Amy of Stephenville, Rachel Miller and husband Dennis of Stephenville; six great-grandchildren, Olivia Harris, Kara Harris and Eowyn Miller, all of Stephenville, Kelsey Zaiontz, John Zaiontz and Will Cullen, all of Glen Rose and numerous nieces and nephews.
