Dogs end diamond season
with win over McGregor

Hamilton High School senior Jorden Lowe completed an outstanding career on the mound last Tuesday in Hamilton, as the Bulldogs defeated playoff-bound McGregor 8-3. Lowe pitched a complete game allowing only three hits, one walk, no earned runs and striking out 11.
It was the final game of the season for Hamilton.
Bulldog hitters also had a great night at the plate, picking up 10 hits (all after the third inning) and eight of which were for extra bases.
The game remained scoreless through the first three innings. McGregor got on the board first with one run in the fourth, but Hamilton responded by crossing the plate five times in their side of the inning. Hamilton scored two more in the fifth and one in the sixth. McGregor added two in the sixth.
At the plate for Hamilton were: Sherod Townsend 2-3 (2B, HR, 4 RBI), Seth LeBlanc 2-4 (2B, 2 runs), Garet Box 1-3 (2B), Lowe 1-3, Truman Baize 1-3 (2B), Keaton Muxworthy 1-3 (2B), Landon Bullard 1-2 (2B) and Ethan Cathey 1-1 (2B).
