Lady Bulldogs face
two district games

IN DISTRICT PLAY- The Lady Bulldogs began district volleyball last week with a loss to the always powerful Lady Pirates from Crawford. The Hamilton girls lost the match in three games, but were competitive in all three. They also won a match Saturday morning in a non-district outing against Mullin in Hamilton. Above, T.J. - The Lady Bulldog varsity volleyball team faces an important week in district competition. They were to play at Bruceville-Eddy Tuesday and host Clifton on Saturday at 10 a.m.
The Hamilton girls started district play last week with a loss to the Crawford Lady Pirates.
Coach Deborah Moore said following the game, “It is always disappointing to lose, but I think we showed we are capable of competing with the best in the district. Our girls really picked it up in the last two games. We are still improving and playing well against Crawford should give us some more confidence.”
The Lady Bulldogs losts the match in three games, 10-25, 17-25 and 17-25.
On Saturday morning in Hamilton, the Lady Bulldogs swept three non-district games from Mullin, 25-13, 25-16 and 25-17.
