Thursday's Internet Edition, December 04, 2008. 37th Dove Festival packed with activities 4-H FIELD TRIP - The I Spy 4-H Club went to Huts for Mutts on Wednesday, Feb. 6. They found out that there are lots of dogs that need loving homes as well as two horses, which got the children’s attention. They got to see how friendly and playful all of the animals were. Mary Sealy and Marion Stanford were gracious enough to show the children the facility. - The Hamilton County Live-stock Show Association will hold its annual “rules” meeting next Monday starting at 7 p.m. in the Hamilton County Courthouse. Anyone interested in the show is encouraged to attend. In addition to considering and adopting new rules, the association will elect officers for the coming year. Show superintendents will also be picked. “This is not just for board members,” said spokesperson Charlette Boyd, “everyone is invited to give their input to the show.”
