Fundraiser for barn
only one week away

FLAG RETIREMENT - Flagfolding at recent flag retirement ceremony.

- The Hamilton County Live-stock Association fish fry and auction to raise money for a new livestock barn at Fair Park is only one week away. The fish fry will start at 6 p.m. in the Jayson Harris Pavilion on Saturday, June 28. The auction will follow.
Organizers are still seeking items for the auction. Anyone wishing to donate to the auction should contact Brandi at 223-0821 or Keslie at 216-0081.
The Livestock Association hopes to have the new barn ready for the next Hamilton County Junior Livestock Show in January. The proposed new barn will be 175x100 feet and replace the old barn, which is in danger of falling down.
In addition to the fish fry and auction, there will be horseshoe and washer pitching tournaments at Fair Park that same day at 3 p.m.
