Please add any valuable information like links to anthem’s mp3, video, lyrics, free sheet music etc.

Answer

The National anthem of Greece is “Ymnos eis tin Eleftherian” which means in English “Hymn to Liberty”.
Greece’s anthem lyrics were written by Dionysios SOLOMOS and the music was written by Nikolaos MANTZAROS.
Adopted 1864; The Anthem Is Based On A 158 Verse Poem By The Same Name, Which Was Inspired By The Greek Revolution Of 1821 Against The Ottomans; Cyprus Also Uses “Hymn To Liberty” As Its Anthem.

Greek anthem lyrics (English translation)
Literal english translations
I recognize you by the fearsome sharpness,
of your sword,
I recognize you by the gleam (in your eyes)
with which you rapidly survey the earth.
From the sacred bones,
of the Hellenes arisen,
and valiant again as you once were,
hail, o hail, Liberty!
