I am looking for the glycemic index of hulled unroasted Sunflower seeds,? Is it thought of as low glycemic index food or high glycemic index food?

The glycemic index (GI) of hulled unroasted Sunflower seeds, is 20. It's considered as low in the glycemic index.
low GI = 55 or less.
 Medium GI = 56–69.
 High GI = 70 and above.
