I would like to know what is the meaning of "Meloncholia" in English and what is the correct translation in Spanish?

Meaning of Meloncholia
Meloncholia is probabley a typo of melancholia. Melancholia is a state of low mood. The name "melancholia" comes from the old medical belief of the four humours: disease or ailment being caused by an imbalance in one or other of the four basic bodily liquids, or humours. - See link
