I would like to know what is the meaning of "Hemiplegia" in English and what is the correct translation in Spanish?

Meaning of Hemiplegia
Hemiplegia is a complete paralysis of half of the body. Hemiparesis and hemiplegia can be caused by different medical conditions, including congenital causes, trauma, tumors, or stroke. - See link


Hemiplegia in Spanish is Hemiparesia
La hemiparesia se refiere a la disminución de la fuerza motora o parálisis parcial que afecta un brazo y una pierna del mismo lado del cuerpo. Es la consecuencia de una lesión cerebral, normalmente producida por una falta de oxígeno en el cerebro. Técnicamente la hemiparesia es una disminución del movimiento sin llegar a la parálisis. Es un grado menor que la hemiplejia, que produce parálisis total. Cuando se afecta el rostro y la cabeza la debilidad motora puede o no ser fácilmente evidente. - See link
