I would like to know what is the meaning of "Vasodilator" in English and what is the correct translation in Spanish?

Meaning of Vasodilator
Vasodilation (or vasodilatation) refers to the widening of blood vessels. It results from relaxation of smooth muscle cells within the vessel walls, in particular in the large veins, large arteries, and smaller arterioles. In essence, the process is the opposite of vasoconstriction, which is the narrowing of blood vessels. - See link

Vasodilatación es la capacidad de los vasos sanguíneos (arterias y venas) de dilatarse frente a estímulos químicos secretados por células inflamatorias, el endotelio (óxido nítrico), aferencias nerviosas o fármacos.
