I would like to know what is the meaning of "Antipyretic" in English and what is the correct translation in Spanish?

Meaning of Antipyretic
Antipyretics are substances that reduce fever. Antipyretics cause the hypothalamus to override an interleukin-induced increase in temperature. The body then works to lower the temperature, resulting in a reduction in fever. - See link

Se denomina antipirético, antitérmico, antifebril o febrífugo a todo fármaco que hace disminuir la fiebre. Suelen ser medicamentos que tratan la fiebre de una forma sintomática, sin actuar sobre su causa.
