I would like to know what is the meaning of "Antidote(Rhus)" in English and what is the correct translation in Spanish?
I saw this term in a list of ethnobotanic uses.

Meaning of Rhus Antidote
An Antidote for poison sumac previously known as Rhus vernix. All parts of the plant contain a resin called urushiol that causes skin and mucous membrane irritation to humans. When burned, inhalation of the smoke may cause the rash to appear on the lining of the lungs, causing extreme pain and possibly fatal respiratory difficulty. - See link


Rhus Antidote in Spanish is Antídoto zumaque venenoso
El zumaque venenoso (Toxicodendron vernix o Rhus vernix) es un arbusto leñoso de hasta 3 m de altura. Todas sus partes contienen la resina sí tóxica urushiol causante de irritación de piel y de mucosas en humanos. Al quemarse el vegetal, si se aspira el humo, causa diarrea y otras irritaciones internas. - See link
