Dyschezia is difficulty in defecating. Constipation (also known as costiveness Constipation is a common cause of painful defecation. Severe constipation includes obstipation (failure to pass stools or gas) and fecal impaction, which can progress to bowel obstruction and become life-threatening. – See link
